“Immortals” Tops Box Office, Mindy Kaling Celebrates New Book | Nov. 14 – 18, 2011
Frieda Pinto’s “Immortals” stole the top spot at the box office this week while Mindy Kaling took time to celebrate with friends at her book release bash in L.A. And in Bollywood, proud parents Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan welcomed the arrival of their baby girl.
Movie Gods Tarsem Singh’s “Immortals,” starring Frieda Pinto, Mickey Rourke and Henry Cavill, rose to the top of the box office. making $32 million dollars in its first week. Though it snagged the top spot over new films “Jack and Jill” and “Puss in Boots,” critics gave the Greek-myth inspired film mixed reviews. [Reuters]

No Peeing on Shoulder Over in Bollywood, actor Ranbir Kapoor admitted on a talk show he was recently caught urinating on the side of the highway in the middle of the night. Kapoor, who is currently wrapping up filming for his latest film “Barfee”, admitted he continued to relieve himself as police hollered at him to stop.
